RoofGuard Roof Rejuvenation

If your roof is 8-10 years old, it is already drying out, losing granules, and would greatly benefit from a RoofGuard treatment. Common signs of an aging roof include fading color, granule loss, exposed fiberglass backing, shingle curling, and broken or weak shingles. Our certified RoofGuard technicians will perform a comprehensive roof evaluation, as part of your quoting process, to identify areas that need attention, helping to maintain the health and extend the life of your roof.

Our RoofGuard treatment will last 5 years and is recommended to be reapplied at 5 year intervals to continue to extend the life of your roof up to 15 years.

On the day of your appointment our certified RoofGuard technicians will begin with the roof tune-up, which typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on the repairs needed. After the tune-up is complete, our technicians will begin the application of RoofGuard which typically takes 2-3 hours. The total RoofGuard appointment will take about 3-4 hours.

Over time, shingles dry out and fade. The RoofGuard treatment can rejuvenate the original color of the shingles, giving them a darker, fresher appearance similar to new shingles without changing their actual color.

The RoofGuard treatment is based on an all-natural soy oil that has been treated with safe polymers and UV protectant. RoofGuard is safe for humans, pets, and plants. It is non-hazardous and poses no risk.
